Perovskite solar cells are attracting attention as next-generation solar cells. FAPbI3 (FA+: formamidinium ion, CH(NH2)2+) has been studied recently as a light-absorbing material. The stable phase of FAPbI3 at room temperature in air is the non-photoactive δ phase, and it is necessary to maintain the photoactive α phase at room temperature in air. In this study, we evaluated the effect of surface modification of the SnO2 electron transport layer on the stability of α-FAPbI3.
