We report the results of our investigation of the degradation of Perovskite solar cell (PSC) using Light triggered time domain reflectometry. After PSC was degraded by sunlight irradiation for 7 days in a low vacuum environment, we observed the time variation of TDT waveforms. The TDT waveforms were compared with those obtained for the device immediately after fabrication, and the degradation of the device was discussed.
