The dielectric properties of perovskite solar cells with typical structures and solar cell characteristics were measured over a frequency range of 100 µHz to 1 MHz for the first time, and the transport properties of mobile ions were investigated. The results revealed that the dielectric properties cannot be solely explained by the polarization phenomenon of mobile ions.
