Perovskite solar cells are expected to be applied in flexible next-generation solar cells and X-ray detectors. In this study, we evaluated the soft X-ray tolerance of an FAPbI3 (FA+:CH(NH2)2+) film with dopamine hydrochloride, which has superior thermal decomposition temperature and crystal phase stability, using time-dependent measurements with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
