Quantum magnetometry using nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers in diamond is capable of highly sensitive and high-resolution measurements. However, current devices suffer from a trade-off between the sensitivity and the resolution such that the devices with the highest sensitivity need mm-sized diamond structures. In this work, we aimed to conquer this problem by cavity-enhanced NV emission. We will report the high-quality factor of the diamond microring cavity, on-chip quantum manipulations, and sensitivity characterization.
