In Microphysiological system (MPS), cell culture is operated under flowing situation. Therefore, flow rate monitoring and control are extremely important. However, it is difficult to apply to MPS because existing flow sensors have some problems such as large size, generating heat, and so on. In this research, we develop the flow rate measurement method by optically measuring. And, we also develop a cell culture vessel with organic photodetectors which can be fabricated on glass substrate by printing method.
