国内半導体産業・技術を再活性化する取り組みが相次いでいる。TSMC誘致、Rapidus、LSTC設立などの手が次々に打たれ、産業蘇生の道を歩み始めた。これを確実なものにするには、学会・大学・企業組織を含む技術エコシステムの涵養が並行して進む必要がある。本講演では、アウトサイダーの視点から、半導体技術エコシステム涵養に資する方策として、学会を中心とした「異なる技術分野間のミスコミュニケーション削減」の取り組みを提言する
