Quantum-enhanced stimulated Raman scattering (QE-SRS) microscopy, which uses a quantum light source to reduce shot noise, is expected to improve the sensitivity of SRS microscopy. We tried QE-SRS imaging at high optical power using quantum-enhanced balanced detection but couldn't surpass the 3 dB noise reduction caused by using balanced detection. This research presnts QE-SRS cell imaging results with a new squeezer, demonstrating a quantum enhancement of over 3 dB.
