We measured the saturated absorption spectra of Xe I atoms in the Near-infrared Region by using a titanium sapphire ring laser. evenXe isotope are difficult to separate spectra.
We proposed a simple saturation spectroscopy technique in which a hollow cathode cell is used.
The hyperfine structure and isotope shift of the resonance lines were investigated by analyzing the Near-infrared Region observed in the saturated absorption spectra of Xe I. The King plot method was used to analyze the isotope shift composed of normal shift, specific shift, and volume shift.
