In stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy, it is important to acquire spectral information over a wide range to identify multiple molecular species or characterize material properties. Here, we report a broadband SRS microscope that covers a spectral range of over 2000 cm-1, including low wavenumbers in the fingerprint region. We realized hyperspectral SRS imaging of live HeLa cells and wide bandgap semiconductors such as SiC and GaN.
