All-inorganic perovskite semiconductors with inorganic A-site cation have been investigated to address the effects of moisture, oxygen, heat, and UV light. Among the all-inorganic perovskites with robustness to these environmental factors, CsPbI2Br has a bandgap of Eg = 1.9 eV suitable for the tandem-SCs with silicon SCs. In this study, we investigated CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cells grown by co-depositon at different substrate temperatures and annealing conditions.
