To compensate for the polarization state, it is necessary to efficiently excite the coherent Raman scattering using an optical fiber bundle microendoscopy. We propose a method to automatically optimize the polarization state to linear polarization after fiber bundle transmission using two electro-optic modulators and a downhill-simplex algorithm. As a result, the standard deviations of polarization-axis and ellipticity angle between multiple cores was suppressed to approximately 1/4 and 1/2.
