We developed the elliptical spot excitation-multiplex coherent Raman microspectroscopy to measure adipocyte metabolism. In the fingerprint region, where various biomolecular features are observed, Raman spectra identify and quantitatively analyze molecular species. However, it is difficult to discriminate the spectra when multiple vibrational bands overlap in close proximity. Therefore, we performed multivariate spectral analysis to decompose the spectra of biomolecules.
