Thallium bromide (TlBr), a promising gamma-ray detector material, is expected to have high detection efficiency with room temperature operation. its low hole mobility requires a single-charge sensitive detector to achieve high energy resolution. The single-pixel detector with a guard electrode faces the problem of increasing the sensitized volume. In this study, we aim to achieve both detection efficiency and energy resolution by increasing the sensitized volume by applying a potential difference in the applied voltage and by correcting the signal wave height based on multivariate analysis.
