The resonant tunneling diode (RTD) oscillator is a compact semiconductor device capable of fundamental oscillation in the terahertz range at room temperature, making it a promising candidate for next-generation wireless communication and sensing applications. Recent studies have revealed that when the output of the RTD oscillator is fed back into itself by forming a cavity structure, it exhibits multi-mode oscillation. In this study, we aimed to achieve even wider bandwidth by constructing the cavity using a waveguide to increase feedback efficiency.
