Doped Spiro-OMeTAD is one of the commonly used hole transporting materials (HTMs) of perovskite solar cells (PSCs), but low stability due to the hygroscopicity of dopants is a problem. In a previous study, we fabricated PSCs using poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as the HTM. In this study, we use two types of self-doped polymers, (SHTmHTn) with different copolymerization ratios as HTM to higher hole mobility. PSC using SHT34HT33 showed higher power conversion efficiency than P3HT. Self-doping effect of SHTmHTn was suggested.
