Self-assembled peptide monolayers can enhance the selectivity for target molecules of graphene field-effect transistor (GFET) biosensors. For the realization of practical sensors, the stability of these monolayers is essential. However, there are no detailed studies on their stability under electrochemical potential variations. In my presentation, we will discuss the results of evaluating the structural stability of peptide self-assembled monolayers on a graphite surface under electrochemical potential changes using atomic force microscopy (AFM).
