Ion channels are crucial membrane proteins that generate action potentials through selective ion transport. It has been reported that the opening and closing mechanism of their pores is greatly influenced by membrane properties such as membrane voltage and membrane tension. In this study, we aim to construct an evaluation system that integrates an artificial cell membrane system and a fluorescence imaging system with high temporal resolution, in order to elucidate the interaction mechanisms between the cell membrane and ion channels, as well as between ion channels themselves.
