[20p-A31-12] Energetics and electronic structures of corrugated in-plane heterostructures of Janus WSSe

In this work, we investigate energetics and electronic structures of corrugated in-plane heterostructures of Janus WSSe using density functional theory. Our calculations show that total energy of corrugated Janus WSSe is sensitive to corrugated angle. Their electronic structures depend on local stain by corrugated structures and chalcogen arrangement.
