Sr2MCu2Se2O2 (M=Co, Ni, Zn) has been investigated for applications as p-type transparent conductors and thermoelectric materials. Recently, we have reported that these compounds are congruent-melting type under sealed condition to prevent volatilization of the components. In this study, we attempted to grow these mm-order single crystals by melt-solidification method and to evaluate physical properties and their anisotropy.
