We have succeeded in superimposing of the optical axes of two different optical antennas on the same optical axis by using an optical system consisting of a lens and an optical concentrator. As an application example, we fabricated a LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) prototype with an optical integrated circuit and demonstrated all-solid-state optical scanning and a measurement distance of over 200m.
