An overview and application examples are reported for our measurement data analysis framework "2DMAT" (https://github.com/issp-center-dev/2DMAT/). 2DMAT enables fast and reliable data analysis, such as Bayesian inference, using massively parallel computing. It has achieved high parallel efficiency in Fugaku and has been mainly applied to total-reflection high-energy positron diffraction (TRHEPD), a two-dimensional material structure measurement method, and is spreading to other measurement methods.
