Our measurement data analysis framework "2DMAT" is applied to multi-component plasma analysis in the field of laboratory astrophysics. The local temperature, density, velocity, ion valence, etc. are estimated from experimental data for the spectrum of non-equilibrium multi-component plasmas generated by high power laser irradiation of solids using the Population Annealing Monte Carlo (PAMC) method, a massively parallel computation. The Bayesian posterior probability distributions obtained from the PAMC method are also reported.
