The organic semiconductor HFl-NDI is a naphthalenetetracarboxylic diimide derivative with fluorene groups, and there are no reported cases of evaluation of the electrical properties of the material itself.
In this study, we measured the electrical properties of HFl-NDI thin films and evaluated their mobility from the space-charge-limited current (SCLC) model.
