Organic multifunction diode (MFD) is a device that combines the functions of an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), organic photodiode (OPD), and organic solar cell (OSC), enabling multiple operations in a single device. For practical use, it is necessary to optimize OLED and OSC properties, which are in a trade-off relationship. In this study, we investigated the acceptor layer in an inverted MFD using rubrene as a donor.
