[22a-P04-3]Dynamics Analysis and Machine Learning Prediction in Co-culture of Cardiomyocytes and Fibroblasts

We prepared a co-culture of cardiomyocytes and fibroblasts and analyed dynamics of fibroblasts. The primary research objective focuses on the impact of cardiomyocytes on fibroblasts. Results reveal that in the single-cell culture, fibroblasts exhibit shorter but more diffusive movement, whereas in the co-culture, fibroblasts demonstrate longer but less diffusive movement. These findings will be quantitatively reported using metrics such as MSD and autocorrelation. Additionally, we will investigate whether the shape of the two systems influences behavior using machine learning.
