We realized the liquid level measurement, which is difficult to measure with conventional optomechanical devices, by using a coupled microbottle resonator, From the evaluation of the frequency stability, a resolution of 9.6 pm was obtained as the measurement limit of the liquid surface fluctuation in the band width of 5 Hz. This method can be applied to ultra-sensitive measurement of various interfacial fluctuations occurring at gas-liquid interfaces, liquid-liquid interfaces, and biomaterial surfaces.
