We have developed a semiconductor/scintillator-based Compton-PET hybrid camera for simultaneous PET/SPECT nuclides imaging in nuclear medicine. A silicon pixel detector fabricated by the SOI technology, called “XRPIX”, was used as a scatterer. In this presentation, we will report on the detail and basic evaluation results of a large area sensor “XRPIX10”.
