We focused on one of the canditates for magnetization switching devices, Mn4-xAgxN. We prepared 20-nm-thick epitaxial Mn4-xAgxN (x = 0.05 and 0.15) films on SrTiO3(001) substrates.We also measured XAS and XMCD spectra to investigate their magnetic structure. In our presentation, we will discuss the crystalline and magnetic properties of Mn4-xAgxN.
