[22p-12K-5] Growth of Mn_4-xAg_xN epitaxial films and analysis of their magnetic structure by X-ray magnetic circular dichroism

We focused on one of the canditates for magnetization switching devices, Mn_4-xAg_xN. We prepared 20-nm-thick epitaxial Mn_4-xAg_xN (x = 0.05 and 0.15) films on SrTiO₃(001) substrates.We also measured XAS and XMCD spectra to investigate their magnetic structure. In our presentation, we will discuss the crystalline and magnetic properties of Mn_4-xAg_xN.
