In this study, we have measured the temperature dependence of the anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) effect and anomalous Hall effect (AHE) in (001) and (110) oriented epitaxial Fe4N thin films. Through these measurements, we discussed the relationship between the lattice strain of Fe4N and its magneto-transport properties.
