In this report, we have fabricated Co-Pt alloy nanowires by electrodeposition into nonporous polycarbonate membranes to investigate their compositional dependence of microstructure, crystal structure, magnetic properties, and electrical conduction properties.The knowledge base for the fabrication process and properties of Co-Pt alloy nanowires obtained in this study will be useful for optimized design of 3D DW-motion memory devices .
