In pursuing pre-diagnostic healthcare aimed at the early detection of diseases, it is essential to extract significant information from the time-series fluctuations within the complex metabolic systems of the body. Among these, intrabody glucose levels are a biomarker influenced by dietary intake, stress hormones, and fluctuations in female hormones. This presentation will report on the findings of an analysis using glucose variability as an indicator of sympathetic nervous activity due to stress in athletes and the variations in female hormones among women engaged in preconception care.
