[22p-1BN-2]Ultrafast laser processing of transparent materials by selective light absorption into electron-excited region

超短パルスレーザにより励起された領域をマイクロ秒レーザで選択的に加熱することで，透明材料を超高速に加工可能である．しかしながら，本加工法の材料除去過程を高速観察したところ，励起領域への効果的な光吸収が実現できていないことが明らかとなった．本研究では，フィラメント生成過程の詳細な計測に基づき本加工法を改善することで，2018年の報告時より約20倍高速な加工を実現した．
