Lots of organic semiconductors and organic-inorganic halide perovskite materials are solution-processable and available for thin film electronic devices. For realizing their solar cells, the large-area thin film fabrication process should be deeply discussed, and the relation of material characteristics and film formation mechanism on uniaxial solution process should be important. Here, the experimetal results of the film fabrication by bar-coating as a fundamental technique, and their problems to be solved are reported.
