Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) are comprised of fore frontier applications due to their superior chemical, electrical, and optical properties. Chirality-controlled SWCNT synthesis is progressing very rapidly to surpass the post-growth treatment process (2) and bimetallic catalysts were realized as the best alternative to do so. In this research, we attempted to utilize the FeNi3-NPs to grow SWCNTs and obtained results that were compared to Ni-catalyzed SWCNTs.
