The author is attempting to apply the Bayesian estimation method to extract equivalent circuit parameters of solar cells. A previous report showed that this method can also be applied to two-opposed diode equivalent circuits that reproduce the S-shaped I-V characteristics often seen in new solar cells. However, since the expression is more complicated than the one-diode model, the calculation time will also increase significantly. This report presents the results of an attempt to speed up this calculation by using the machine learning calculation package JAX.
