We have used silver (Ag) electrodes instead of gold (Au) as a metal contact to produce cost-effective and efficient flexible PSCs. The conditions of the interface with hole-transport layers (HTLs) are different between Ag and Au. In this work, we tested different annealing conditions to optimize Spiro-based HTLs for flexible PSCs.
It was observed that PSCs are gradually improved by increasing the annealing time duration for HTLs by 20 min to 30 min. Thus, this research demonstrated the acceptable annealing conditions for forming better interfaces between Ag and HTLs in flexible PSCs to produce cost-effective flexible PSCs.
