Perovskite solar cells has been recognized as a potential solar cell for printed electronics and lightweight. However, challenges arise from the structural stability of perovskites and performance degradation due to crystal defects. In recent years, the introduction of pressure and strain has been proposed as a means to control the structure and properties of perovskites. In this study, the bandgap of CsPbBr3 is studied by combined ultraviolet-visible light diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and first-principles calculations (DFT) after processed by the high-pressure torsion (HPT) method.
