[22p-P06-4]Reflection spectra of electromagnetic waves for tri-layered split-ring resonators

In this study, we fabricated a tri-layer split-ring resonator (SRR) structure and measured its electromagnetic wave reflection characteristics. It was found that the resonance frequency of the SRRs splits into three characteristic frequencies. When the resonance frequency of each SRR was changed individually, the resonance position changed, but the number of the splitting itself did not change. This result suggests that the reflection spectra of the three-layer structure of SRRs are similar to the electron energy band formation in an interacting three-atom system.
