[23a-12F-5] Simulation of Scanning Spreading Resistance Microscopy on All-Solid-State Batteries

We have analyzed electric resistance of composite electrodes for all-solid-state batteries using scanning spreading resistance microscopy (SSRM). SSRM image sometimes shows variations in the resistance of the active material in the composite electrodes, although each material has same resistance. This phenomena implies that the electrical resistance measured by SSRM is affected by the conductive paths inside the electrode. In this study, we carried out the simulation, where how the resistance was determined in the SSRM imaging of composite electrodes.
