[23a-1BJ-7] First Observation of Slow Light Effect in Nano-pixel Waveguide

In this paper, we report slow light effect in nano-pixel waveguide by using asymmetric power splitter for the first time as to our knowledge. As the experimental result, slow light effect with a group index n_g of ~ 8.73 is achieved in 1546 nm to 1553 nm wavelength range.
