Previously, we reported on to forming a packing structure of silica nano particles by ion adsorption on nanoimprint surface, to realize an approach of fine structure transfer to hard material from soft material. In this study, the packing structure formation was characterized based on analysis of the amount of adsorbed silica nanoparticles.
