We have investigated energy calibration methods in HAXPES using a high-energy X-ray source at 30 keV, and are investigating methods to combine different metallic materials as an energy reference for energy regions that are difficult to evaluate, such as Au 4f and Au 3d. In this experiment, we report the results of the identification of binding energies for deep core levels below 30 keV.
