We are studying the mid-infrared plasmonic properties of graphene nanostructures. The graphene nanostructures were fabricated with EB lithography and reactive ion etching. The structures showed a systematic band shift in the mid-infrared region with respect to the structure size. When the graphene nanostructures were covered with electron donor polymer, the band also shifted by changing the electron concentration of graphene. The electron doping to the graphene nanostructures was confirmed by Raman scattering spectra of the nanostructures. Electromagnetic calculations qualitatively reproduced the results of these experiments.
