光ピンセットを用いた神経細胞膜表在分子の動態制御に関する研究が進められているが、光圧による細胞膜表在分子の捕捉・集合過程の理解は依然として難しい。本研究では、支持脂質二分子膜上の細胞膜表在分子モデルを用い、光圧下における膜表在分子の動態について検証した。脂質二分子膜上の膜表在分子はレーザー出力に依存して分子拡散が制限され、分子濃度の上昇に伴い拡散がより制限されることを明らかにした。
