Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy is a powerful vibrational imaging technique with high chemical specificity and requires a fast and wide wavelength-tunable pulsed light source to access multiple vibrational modes. In this report, we developed an imaging system that combines a widely tunable fiber optical parametric oscillator and a Ti:sapphire laser and succeeded in SRS imaging over a wide spectral range.
