This study develops a deep learning model for label-free imaging of cell organelles using hyperspectral Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) images. It combines high spectral resolution and a large number of spectral points for accurate organelle prediction. The model, evaluated using Mean Squared Error, shows promising results in cellular dynamics understanding with minimal perturbation.
