We explore the dynamic properties arising from spin-polarized currents in skyrmion crystals, which manifest as distorted triangular lattices within two-dimensional chiral magnets. Within these skyrmion crystals, the deformation of individual skyrmion shapes results in a corresponding distortion of the lattice structure. We derive the drift velocity of skyrmions in such anisotropic crystals and observe that (1) it replicates the universal current-velocity relation established in prior studies, and (2) it induces an anisotropic Hall angle that mirrors the lattice structure's distortion. This investigation holds the potential to expedite further research on leveraging the distorted state of skyrmion crystals for applications in magnetic memory and other technological domains.
