In the present study, we developed a simple and accurate preparation method of starting solution of FF-MOD processed RE123 thin films. It was found that ready-made cuprate superconductors easily dissolve in propionic. In addition, Y123 and Gd123 thin films prepared using new FF-MOD solution showed higher J_c and the sintering conditions suitable for epitaxial growth were found to be enlarged..
