[23p-12N-5] Measurement of kinetic inductance in YBCO CPW by microwave transmission characteristics

In this study, we focused on the nonlinear characteristic of the high-temperature superconductor YBCO, specifically the kinetic inductance (L_k), and evaluated its properties. Throughout the research process, we designed and fabricated coplanar waveguide using YBCO, conducting experiments on microwave propagation. We thoroughly investigated the phase variations caused by current bias, temperature, and microwave power. Subsequently, through the evaluation of L_k, the dependency on film thickness became evident.
